Hi Lee.

I’m having trouble tracking down the final version of this DD as an officer decision signed by Andy Vaughn. Is it possible that a new version was created following my comments?

I attach below the version which is still showing on our systems and the email content of my check.

If the decision hadn’t been altered to reflect my and Procurement’s comment and/or hadn’t been published (under whatever title) including being subject to call in, then it is not constitutionally valid.

I hope it’s something simple, but can you please let me know the DD number which the decision was allocated on publication (four figures) so I can delete it from our systems as this version is still showing as being in progress. If it hasn’t been published yet, it will still need to be, even if the funds have been spent.
